Do we have to let uscis know that we moved a couple of times since the green card was issued?

We are in a home now that we will be in for over a year, and they have the I751 application - we will not be moving again until after approval.

Yes. Each time you move, you are required to notify USCIS within 10 days of moving. They seem to be ok if you submit the forms late, but you should still do that.

Now here is a dilemma. When we moved 2 yrs ago, we filled out change of address online and mailed I865. We received the confirmation of I 865. Now its time for me to remove conditions and guess what, they send me the removal reminder on my old address which was subsequently forwarded. Now that letter states I should fill in AR-11 and mail it in. We moved 2 yrs ago, should I file this form again

No - as long as you have done so, then you should be all set. They go by the address on AOS and many people, including myself, got a reminder at the old address.

Getting a reminder on the old address is normal. Infact I never got a reminder and I submitted an AR-11 every time we moved. Also, we got approved and got all the I-751 notices on the address that we put down on the form. The forms do ask you about previous address that you may have but I don't know if they even check those. But long story short you should be just fine! Good Luck
