So I started filling out the G325A and I notice that it ask for last 5 years of employment and last 5 years of residence, so my question is, I have been living in the same house for 7 years so would it be appropriate to put 05/2003 to present and thats it???

Also, I have been working for the same organization job for the last 10 years as well; however, I have done different jobs, but still within the same career field, exmaple, 10/2000 - Inventory Management specialist, now I am a Supply Supervisor, but still my physcial address has not changed. So would it be appropriate to put Inv. Management 10/2000 - Present. Seems like an over kill to put each job especially if I have been at the same organization. Please HELP!!!!

yes, on where you live, put date of move in to present,

I would not worry about job titles, just the company and how long, as for "Occupation" go with what you are classified now! you will be fine, as when you do the I-134 you will need a letter from your employer to verify this information.

good luck!

Ok great because it is more than 5 years, I just didnt want to have to go back like until birth or something..If I can't fit the address complete especially for my Fiancee should I attach a sheet? Some of the address in Panama are not quite cut and dry like in the US so I am confused about that as well. If I do add an attachment, what should I put on the actual 325 Form then? Something like see attachment??

Is it appropriate to staple email trail together for proof of ongoing relationship?
