The question shouldnt be "what is wrong with kids", it should be "what is wrong with those kids?"

Very true.

I watched the video just now. I didn't realize he was 15. (Or that JuJu Chang was so sexy!) That leads me to believe the other kids were the same/similar age. Wow. I could understand a 10 or even a 12 year old not knowing the severity of lighting someone on fire and maybe thinking it would just burn up real quick or something. But by 15... you should know better. If you don't, you should go to big boy jail where they teach you about severity.

That type of behavior happens when kids don't fear their parents.

There are lots of kids who don't fear their parents that don't light people on fire. I don't think you can blame time outs for something of this magnitude.
