Hello everybody :)

1) Can I sent in the AOS and IV pkg at once, or do I have to have 2 seperate envelopes/coverletters etc?

2) Do the tax transcripts need to be notarized?

3) This is probably a dumb one: It says on the NVC page to have copies with the documents? Just the civil ones or also the DS230?

No copies necessary for the I-864, correct?

AOS will be created first, then IV. You need 2 separate packages and cover letters.

NO

No copies necessary for the I-864, correct?

You need to make exact 2 copies of all the documents (except DS-230 and I-864). Send 1 set to NVC. Keep second set with you (Your set can have DS-230 and I-864 copy).

Nope..we called but they told us to wait for the bill...bummer!

I am assuming our AOS and IV package will be generated the same day since that's what they did with the bills.

So 2 packages, even if sent out the same day?

I thought we had to send the NVC orignal+copy of the birth certificate/marriage certificate...?

They already have generated IIN. One rep will say it is not available. Keep calling them until you get it. Other rep will give it to you.

You need to send ORIGINAL + 1 set copy of all your documents to NVC, other than the forms such as DS-230 and I-864.
