In the very bottom of the G-325...where is asks for family name, given name, middle name and alien reg. number...I am wondering does my wife put her current last name (after marriage) or her original last name? In the example form it is shown as original last name.

I think it should be the new married name, same as the name put in first box on the form.

If she does not use her married name she wont get her green card in her married name. Fill out all the AOS forms with the married name if that is the name you wish to have.
