Islamabad - K1 Visa process after interview

Hello All,

My fiance had K1 interview on July 26th at Islamabad Consulate. Interview went well, except she didn't have orginal birth certificate, which they needed to see. In the end CO said everything seem fine, but we need your birth certificate. He kept the partport and gave a green slip.

She provided the Birth certificate via courier on July 28th. We have followed up with embassy via email and they acknowledge recieving of the document. However, when I asked them in estimates on timeline, their response is they can't tell us that. It has been 4 weeks no response.

Anyone else got into similar situation and typically how long does it take if you ended up providing more doucments after the interview.
