hi guys dunno if im in the right topic just being innocent to post my problem anyway, ive been worried all the time especially now i am closer to my interview date

i do not know if i need to get a consent from my ex husband bringing my children to US since i am annulled already and do not know the whereabouts of my ex and if ever i know id rather not to contact him because he never contact us for 5 yrs since he knows where we are seems that we are not really important to him esp. the kids but my kids understand even it was being unfair on to them. anyone here got the same situation and had their experienced and what u did during the interview does the CO ask for the consent Please help me i dont wanna fail on my interview just because of this. God knows how much we worked on this relationship and prepare for everything for us to be together and forever :help: and may GODBLESS us always.

Unless he legally signed away his rights I think you will need his consent. However if you can not find him you could probably put something in the paper stating what will happen and for him to take action if he would contest to his children going. This is just what I'm guessing about the situation you may need a lawyer.
