What are some of the things I need to think about if my fiancée gets a scholarship during the K1 process? The scholarship would be in a third country and would commence about or around the interview, and would last at least 2 years.

The things I can think of off the top of my head are:

1) If she's abroad how will they be able to contact her for requested documents or an interview? And part b) would she need to travel back to her country to complete these items?

2) Once she enters the US on the K1 she can't leave until she's established residence, correct? This could impede, possibly suspend, her scholarship, so that's something we need to think about.

Am I correct on these? What else do I need to be aware of?

You guys have been a great support, and I want to thank you all for your participation.

She would have to travel back for the interview and medical and to get police papers and other papers for the interview.

She cannot leave when she gets the K1 untill she has married and filed for AOS and recieved her EAD or Green Card. Even then she cannoth leave to live somewhere else for 1-2 years or they will take her green card away because she is supposed to be living in america.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
