Hi guys,

I'd greatly appreciate your opinion to the below menioned question in I-485 form Part 3 Question 2:

2. Have you received public assistance in the United States from any source, including the U.S.Government or any State, county, city, or municipality, or are likely to receive public assitance in the future ?

I was granted US State Department Scholarship twice to pursue studies in USA ( each for a year) which covered my education. I also received stipdent to cover living expences. Do you think the mentioned can qualify as an assistance?

Well... considering a scholarship is very, very different from financial aid, maybe not. But I may be wrong on this, it's just a theory. >_>
