Hi,

I'm putting together our first K-1 packet, and I've got a couple of questions about Question 18 on the I-129f.

Do I need to explain how we first met, as well as to show that we've seen each other in person in the last two years? Also, since we first met in January '08, we've seen each other a total of ten times -- even though two of those meeting are outside of the two-year window, I'm still not sure how many of the visits to include. (Since my FH is from Spain, which isn't considered a high-fraud country, I'm assuming less is more, and there's no need to frontload.)

My most recent visit was from May 13 - July 28, and I've got boarding passes, receipts, etc. The sticky wicket is that the exit stamp in my passport is incorrect. It's dated 29 July, when I actually flew on the 28th, as my boarding pass shows. Not sure how to handle this one -- should I explain the discrepancy somehow? Leave the visit out? (There are a bunch more visits that will serve as evidence, even without it.)

TIA for any and all help!

You do not need to discuss how you initially met (internet or whatever)at all, only the circumstances of an in-person meeting withn the last 2 years. I would assume you can choose any meeting that you can document.

I gave a run down from the beginning to the present all one one page.

P.S. Out of curiousity, what part of Spain is your SO from? I lived in Valladolid for two years and visit quite often. I hope one day to move back.
