Hello everyone. My son 12 years old medical last week in st Luke's and he was nervous to answer the doctor's question. The doctor asked him what his name and he told his nickname instead to say his real name even the math question he failed to answer it. The doctor gave a referral letter for his schedule for IQ TEST this coming week. Do you think this will be delay? Please give me an advise. Thank You.

Wow, I'm sorry your son has to go through that. I have never seen anyone mention on here about having to get IQ test done. Two of my kids have learning disabilities and nothing was even mentioned about it. The doctor didn't even ask to see anything documenting it. Now for my oldest he was 16 and the nurse was all freaked out cause he weighed 165lbs, she was trying to say he was obese. At 6'2 he was far from obese, I had to ask her if she even looked at him.

Hopefully having the test wont slow things down for you. Wishing you the best.
