Complaints about USCIS process

I really dont see this as a bias against any particular people or prejudice thing at all. I see it as a performance based issue. Honestly, I wish the US was more selective and restrictive in who they let into the country. Its not someones right to come here its really a privilage. How many people come to the USA to live and then dont even try to become Americans. Far to many in my book. It seems that the statement "When in Rome Do as Romans do" is know by almost everyone but it only applies to other places. I was not born in the US either but the country I was born in doesnt mean much to me because its not my home in my mind. My mother who came here as a young adult loved the US but her heart was in her home country. Trouble with that is her home country didnt exist anymore. The world changed.

The problem I see with all of this is that they are wasting this time. They are not really do proper background checks in far to many cases. I wonder what the pass/fail rate is for this process? I would say its mostly pass if you go through all the steps of the process. Its all just smoke and mirrors. Look at all the illegals in this country. Not all of them ran across the boarder. I have know people who married because someone paid them to do it. Years ago I new a guy who married a Lesbian. I dont know many other countries where people are willing to pay to get in there. Do You? So please blast the workers, complain about the process but dont insult the country, after all, you're saying you want to live here. JMHO
