My hubby (the CR1 visa holder) and I are moving later this month. I know he needs to notify someone in the system of his new address, but for the life of me I can't remember who we have to notify. Anyone know?

Your hubby (CR1 holder) needs to file AR-11 within 10 days of move by online or by regular mail.

You and any other sponsors (USC) must file I-865 form by mail and get the Receipt notice by mail back and keep in your file for records.

Loto
