Can pay IV bill, does this mean DS-3032 accepted?

Hi Everyone,

--After finding my wife's NVC case number, I sent her DS-3032 via e-mail a week ago (July 31, 2010);

--Not related to the above, I received NVC's generated DS-3032 and AOS bill on Aug 6, 2010;

--I paid the AOS bill Aug 6, 2010, the same day.

On Aug 8, 2010, I noticed that I CAN ALSO pay her IV bill online. Does this mean that her e-mail sent DS-3032 has been entered and accepted and I can now pay the the IV bill? I have read here that if you can pay the bills online, you should.

The automated phone message states "we have received your AOS bill payment on Aug 6..."

Thanks for your thoughts.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes, that means it has been accepted.
