My relative are in trouble because NVC does not mention their son name in fees payment list. That means their son is not able to get visa?

Age out sons or daughter s name doesnt come in the list.. once your date is current..you have to contact nvc or file some petition for child status protection act and local visa office will decide the fate..

The time your petition was pending is almost 7 years 8 months and if you subtract that age from son's present age he can qualify for visa as it comes under 21 i.e he's not aged out yet. Without any delay write a email to NVC stating that CSPA applies to the case and wait for their response.You can also call them and inquire the same.

My Interview is on 21 Jan 2014 but medical result(one applicant of our case) will come after 20 Feb 2014.

Does any body had faced problem of interview re-schedule because of medical results?

hello friends.please help me as my petitioner had filled the affidavit of support (i-864) and sent it to me but in the affidavit it is written that petitioner's income is zero (0) and she is using the income of his husband that is my uncle, so now my problem is that US embassy is asking for joint sponsor so what does it mean? Are they asking for i-864A form ? is that the joint sponsor i mean her husband or they are asking for second sponsor? please help me. i hope u people understand this. thnks

They trying to remove CSPA and implement new system like age out child in F4 and F3 categories are auto conversion into F2b categories and wait more time.
