filed i 751 on may 19th,2010 and recieved NOA(one year extension) on may 28th,2010. still no letter for biometrics and neither case is showing online.

is this normal or we should be concerned???

You're not the only one, look here:

You can call them and file a service request, sometimes that gets the bio letter going.

Pretty much everyone in the May filer's list has called up and placed a service request to get the bio metrics appointment. I think you should do the same.
