Just a note for K-3 petitioners who have digital phone service through Time Warner Cable - I just found out you can't get an itemized phone bill for your international calls. They bill calls within the USA as a set fee with no itemization, and though they do show a separate charge for total international calls for the month, they do not itemize and cannot do so upon request, even for a fee. I know we don't necessarily need phone bills, but be advised that if you feel you might need the extra evidence, TWC is no help at all.

I just switched to TWC digital phone in June and logged on (after registering online) and have my first itemized list of all calls I made, including all domestic long distance and all international calls by date, time, length of call and number called. When you print out you get all calls listed. Have you tried the suggested website to search for the detail? It's listed on the monthly cable bill.

Oh nuts, I forgot to mention, you are calling Philippines and so am I, but I won't be using TWC anymore. I had been using Verizon at $0.21 minute (there is a $0.05 adder for preminum service to mobile phone, otherwise is $0.16 minute), and TWC told me that rate to Phils is $0.16 minute. Great, or so I thought. I learned the hard way that this is the rate to LANDLINE, NOT mobile. The mobile rate is $0.34 minute!!!! I called and fussed and fussed and fussed. I was mad, but was as courteous as I could be to the poor agent. The guy said that he was just passing along the information he had, and he couldn't explain why the original sales agent who signed me up didn't give me that info. I am using all sorts of calling cards now, the best I call find is getting me about 35 minutes on a $5 card, even though is advertised at 76 minutes.
