I am filing an I-130 form for my wife and her son, both are living in Hong Kong.

Her son was born in Hong Kong.

Questions:

1.What should I put down in the

address section for city state/country?

Hong Kong China or

Hong Kong

2. Item#17 Country of Birth is it

a) China or

b) Hong Kong or

c) Hong Kong, China.

3. They don't have middle name as Chinese, what should I put down in the middle name section:

a) leave it blank or

b) None or

c) N/A or

d) ------

Oh - the long form is Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

HKSAR is sufficient, though.

Hong Kong is a part of China but it's a "special administrative region" which means it has its own unique set of rules and governing body.

There are several of these, but Hong Kong especially is different. In fact, mainland Chinese need a "visa" to visit Hong Kong, even though it's the same country.

Macau, Shenzhen, and part of Shanghai are also SARs but they operate under different rules.

Anyway, Darnell answered your specific questions already.
