hi everyone,i have a question,do i have to send a letter of intent for myself or just my fiance?when i file the i129 i send a letter of intent,so do i need to send another one to the embassy?thank's

When you file the I-129F you have to write a letter of intent, stating that you are willing and legally able to marry your loved one within 90 days upon arrival; your fiance has to write a letter. So, the file needs to have 2 letters of intent! When the file is approved and it gets to the embassy, the US petitioner will write a NEW letter of intent, dated closer to the date of interview... Good luck!

You are very welcome! Best of luck to him at the interview! You don't have to wait for the interview date. Write the letter and date it (I don't know, it can be dated August 1, 2010 or something like that) and send it to him with the I-134 (don't forget to send some pay stubs and letter from your employer  ). It's important that the new letter of intent is dated AFTER you got the NOA 2 (that's why it is good if you if you fill in your timeline)... I am sure it will be just fine!
