Sorry, if this was discussed already, I couldn't find the answers...

Can I visit my fiance in USA as a turist/visitor (travelling under the Waiver), while he has already submitted I-129F? As we know that it might takes long time, my plan is to go couple of time for short term visit, like a week or two.

Yes, you can visit. It is up to the border guard whether or not to let you in. Suggest that you bring ties to the Netherlands, for example a return plane ticket, letter from employer, lease from apartment or mortgage, bank account assets, etc etc.

Yes you can... I visited my Fiancee while we were going through the process. It actually helped our case because we were able to provide more evidence of visits at our interview.
