I submitted an AR-11 on-line to change her address and haven't gotten any kind of paper mail notice of receipt of the change. Is this normal? Should I submit a paper copy? Can I find out on-line what address of record they have for us?

You should call USCIS to double check. Also make sure her name is registered at the USPS. Then make sure that name is inside your mail box where you recieve mail. USPS will not forward mail & the documents will come in her name.

It happened to me and it was fine. There is a link on their website to check the receipt number - you can verify that way that your application is in their system.

If I find the link, I will post a followup with it.

I never received a notice. and like the previous poster, I did it online as well. That was my confirmation. When my husband did his change of address for his I-864, he did receive a notice. So I guess it's different for each type of address change.

I filed using hard copy via USPS and never did receive a confirmation. I kept the mailing receipt and haven't worried about it since. :)

We did receive confirmation of my husband's change with the I-864.

I sent the AR-11 online but never got confirmation either. I have the receipt so I guess it's not a problem.

BUT they sent a reminder to file for removal of conditions to my old address (and USPS forwarded it to my new address). I won't worry about it since I'm filing ROC on Saturday and that should update my address in the system if the AR-11 didn't.

I've filed the AR-11 three times now. Once the receipt came to the right address, the other two times it went to the old address. My NOA1 came to the right address, though.

Exactly. I did not receive a receipt for change of address and I sent the AR-11 and changed address online too. My husband received a receipt of confirmation as he was the sponsor and filled out the I-865.

I received a reminder for ROC from USCIS at the old address after I changed my address but since then everything else has been sent to the current address (NOA1 and Biometrics letter).

Don't bother calling USCIS - that's a huge waste of time, as usual. Besides, they will tell you you must go to your nearest service center to confirm that the address was changed. Don't bother mailing in your AR-11 either. Filing online is the best way as you get a confirmation number and a receipt on the spot that you can use to lookup your filed AR-11 in their system online at any time in the future.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)
