How Long till Packet 4 in Montreal?

Anybody want to share the length of time between packet 3 being logged in and receiving your interview date/packet 4 from Montreal?

Everybody wants to know "when's the wedding???" but I just can't answer that...I know Montreal is soooo slow, but I'd really just like some idea of when I'll be able to set a wedding date!

If you go by the 8-10 month wait rule (since initial file date) that K1's going through Montreal seem to have right now and you filed initially in April - you might have an interview starting sometime in Dec-Feb range.

Check out recent timelines of others in the same boat or just finishing their interviews...it will help you guestimate

Spring weddings are nice, but so are winter ones!

PS - for most of us - our wedding dates were like moving targets. I originally hoped for a Sept wedding and ended up getting married in Nov at American Thanksgiving

Hehe no problem! I see from your timeline you sent your checklist back on 4/20 for your 10/10 interview--when in between those two dates did you get your interview date assignment? Was it closer to the 4/20, or closer to the 10/10 date?

oh how i can empathize with that !!

I got my P3 in december, it was logged a month later in January and at the end of january i called got my date and received my p4 in february, mid feb i believe. nowadays..not sure how long montreal is taking. Best you keep calling DOS every few days like most people

I received it late August I think - so about 6 weeks ahead of time. Longest 6 weeks of my life That was when we really set a date (assuming of course we were going to be approved)

I sent my p3 back last July, on the 10th, and got my P4 on October 6th for my interview in November.

How do you find out when your Packet 3 is "logged in"?

Keep calling Dos and they will tell you that along with when p4 was sent etc.
