Just a quick question does my fiance have a choice to get her vaccines in America or does she have to get them in her home country of Bulgaria?

It's more likely to be home country...She can find it out at the medical center where she'll be doing her medical tests before the visa interview.

She can do it in either country, its not necessary for the visa, just the GC.

But, having said that, i would advise you to get it done with her medical, and have the doctors place the records of both the medical AND the vaccines together.

Should save some trouble later on, and is likely to be cheaper than the US.
