How can i find out my priority date for an I-130 case. i also sent in the original copy of my I 94 how can i get that back. will i need it because when i check my statues on uscis website it shows that we are one before the last step ???? Don't know what to do

who is petitioning for you? where are you? how old are you?

if your i130, the priority date is on the approved i130. you will need to file and i102 for a oopy of the i94, if they find it. never send originals, only copies. why do you need the i94?

you need to explain your case, I'm just guessing.

since when are you in the US?

if you have been in the US before Dec 21st, 2000 then you are under the 245i law and you need to pay the $1000 fine. don't waste money on a copy of the i94, you can tell the officer that you lost it. they don't really need it because you have to pay the fine anyway to adjust in country.
