Applying for Hospital Financial Aid

I wanted to ask the board for your thoughts regarding my scenario.

My wife will be applying for Removing Conditions on Residency this November, 2010.

At the end of this month, we are expecting a new baby next week and I wanted to apply for Financial Aid at the Hospital.

Does anyone know if this will be negative for our Removing of Conditions application.

I remember when we applied for the I-485 that I (the petitioner) completed the I-864 Affidavit of Support.

I am concerned that my wife will be a public charge.

Will applying for Financial Aid at the local hospital be not a good idea.

You do not have to submit an affidavit of support for removal of condition, so you should be fine applying for it!

Abhay is correct. This time you need to submit evidence to show the validity of your marriage....

We have a solid evidence for validity of marriage.

However, I am thinking of applying for financial aid for the hospitalization and doctor's fees for our first child.

Since, I signed the I-864 during AOS, I just was asking if we will get into trouble with removal conditions.
