Maybe the more psychotic could convene a constitutional convention to strip non-citizens of any constitutional rights, being that most of the intent and reasonable interpretations under more egalitarian human rights principles exist to extend all peoples the blessings and liberties of such a document.

Slim, if they didn't have the right to due process then they could be thrown in a van and immediately delivered to Mexico or whatever country they are from. Instead they go in to deportation hearings, in front of a judge, and may plead their case.
