When you submit your I-129f Petition packet you will need to include the application payment. The medical exam comes after you've sent this in because you'll need the medical results for the interview. For the interview there is a fee as well which I believe you pay when you get there.

Good luck!

Here is a good file that should help you with the specifics of the Manila Embassey ( the petition fee and the visa application fee are NOT the same. You or the fiance/e will pay the VISA application fee at a bank BEFORE the interview) check it out the attachment!

Hi, I am not sure if you checked the link I attached about the Manila Embassy's procedures regarding the visa application process. From my understanding, your fiancee is going to pay the bank her visa fee, then, bring receipt of that to her interview. Also, she will bring her documents to her interview. She will need to have her medical before her interview. She also needs to have the fee payed for before her medical. So, pay application fee to the bank, schedule an interview when petition is approved, plan a trip to the embassy, and try to have her medical done on the same trip. The medical is first come, first serve. DO NOT send in the visa APPLICATION/INTERVIEW FEE with the visa PETITION!! That information is totally wrong. Send in your petition with the $455. After approval, wire the application fee to your fiancee so she can pay the bank. It has to be in pesos. Hope it all works out for you!
