When should I worry?

DOS stated that Packet 3 was mailed to me from Montreal on July 2. It seems to be taking a long time to get to me (or maybe I'm just impatient). At what point do I start trying to contact Montreal about it? Would I do that by email? (I hear it takes awhile for a reply) or is there a special number I would call?

I sent them an email after 3 weeks of not getting it and they sent it back out to me, at which point I received it in like 3 days. I'd say if you don't have it by monday-wednesday next week to definately email them, cuz it might be lost. I also called DOS about it, and they put a note on my account about it, not sure if my email was what got it sent out or if it was the call to DOS.

Don't worry about it, DOS told me they had sent my P3, and after 2 weeks I finally received it. On the enveloppe, it actually was mailed a week after DOS told me... Montreal probably logs in mail out way before they do mail it out I guess...

Ours was mailed from mtl on july 2 and we just got it today and i am in new brunswick!

Man I was hoping for mine any day now but my package from NVC was sent to Montreal only on July 8... so I should expect it by Christmas?

Montreal is super slow processing it's mail.

Last April when they were "fast" it still took 2 weeks for me to receive mine.
