Divorce? or Annulment ???? :S

Hi everyone!

I'm all shattered and confused!!

We live in california, tried it all and for every day we cant stand each other!!!!!!!

I did some research here and apparently I should apply for removing conditions asap!

We have talked about moving apart...But for removing conditions should we get a

1. divorce

2. annulment?

I am planning to do this all alone no lawyers!! Cant afford it.

What is the cheapest and fastest way? I would say annulment, BUT online it says annulment is only if:

* of force, fraud, or physical or mental incapacity;

* one of the spouses or partners was too young to legally marry or enter into a domestic partnership; or

* one of the spouses or partners was already married or in a registered domestic partnership.

And none of those apply to me/us.

Doesnt it take around 6 months for a divorce? If so wouldnt it be just easier, faster maybe even cheaper with annulment?
