The nice ones have bidets. But yeah, you'd still have to squat.

Some of those squatting traps have stick handles that you can hold onto as you squat. I'd just worry about being caught somewhere with dodgy guts and ending up making a horrible mess.

There's usually a large, old and rusty looking bucket somewhere in the bathroom for eventualities just like that. You fill the bucket up with water and throw it on the mess. Water cleans everything, except it needs a place to flow and it doesn't have that. So what you end up with is a putrid layer of disgusting water.
