Hello,

I was wondering for those that sent the I-485 and the I-765 if you had to send two seperate biometric fees? From what I read, here is the fee breakdown:

I-485

$325 for application

$70 for biometric

I-765

$180 for application

$70 for biometric

Since USCIS charges so much (hah!) I want to make I sure I send the right amount.

Best,

Thechuunt,

There's no biometrics fee for the I-765, at least not in your situation, despite what the form introduction page on the USCIS web site may seem to indicate.

If you file them together then you just have to pay for 1 biometric. If you file seperately (different times) then you have to pay for the biometrics.

Good Luck
