Procedure for I-864

Can anyone tell me how the embassy handles I864 when you take them in there?

so u take in i864 at the interview, it its joint sponsor what they do give your file to co who will review it to c if everything in in order once everything is in order they will process the case to conclusion.one thing I dnt know is o long it take to review

Why would I need to take in an I-864 to my interview when the Petitioner had already sent one to the NVC?

Hey guys,

I paid an IV Fee Bill without an Invoice (This money was paid for the dependent of the Beneficiary). That should not have been done, I know. We were told by the NVC to photocopy both front and back of the Money Orders used to pay the Bill along with a request for a review of payment. Which we did. Has this ever happened to any of you guys and if so how long does it take for this review to be completed by the NVC?

Thanks alot because this is the only thing that is holding up my case.
