What needs to be notorized?

Hello,

My fiance is soon having his interview and im getting the forms that i need to get ready done. This includes I-134 affidavit of support and an intent to marry letter from me. I was wondering if the I-134 form needs to be nothorized? or what other forms with my signature need to be notorized?.............. :blink:
