Hi,

Can you download the IV-15K/IV-15 checklist from somewhere or is the only way you can get it is in packet 3?

I have downloaded the other forms but I can't find this one to download?????

Many thanks!

I went straight to the UK Embassy webpage and I find it odd that their information concerning K status visas is almost non-existent. With most other Embassy sites you can usually find the checklist on their Nonimmigrant visa page. Your best bet is to either contact the Consular through email or seek out other UK couples for information.

Wish I could've been more help.

I will. It's so annoying, it's the only form I'm missing...Arghhhhhhh! I'm still working on it though.

- Thanks Eric & Lizeth, any advice is always welcome!

I don't think you can download that one. It's in with Packet 3, but I think it's the one you can't download, you just have to wait for it, unfortunately.

The London Embassy website used to have a great K-visa section with a short list of the required forms, but they recently redid the entire site and generalized the visa section down to immigrant/non-immigrant. The forms are listed by section, however, so the ones in section IV are what you'll need.

Hope that helps.
