Hey all!

I am done with my medical today, finally over with (had to travel with plane to get it done, back and forth, spent the whole day and thousands of kroner x_x ).

He told me the urine test was good, and pretty much reassured me everything else was in order.

When he was doing the questions, he did ask once "are you lying to me?" which I found odd, but I figured it was just part of the process. I wasn't lying, so not sure why he would have thought I was.

What do they check for in the blood tests though?

Those are the only results I do not have yet.

Anyone know?

I don't think I have any reason to worry, as he said my urine tests were normal etc.

I don't do any sort of drugs, I don't even smoke (can't stand smoking), but I have friends who smoke both cigarettes and marijuana. I'm scared of being positive due to second hand smoking, if this is even possible?

But aren't the urine test to test for drug use?

The blood test is for syphillis.

Yes, the urine is to test drug addiction.

The second hand smoke is probably not going to be 'high' (pun intended) enough content in your urine to give you a positive.

Depending on how recent you were around your smoker friends, you may have had some traces of the THC, but not high enough amount.

It doesn't stay in your urine for too long, especially not second hand.

If he said it's normal then you should be fine.
