How long does it take to print VISA

8 posts in this topic

After 2 months of AP, Embassy finally asked for passport.Do you know how long does it take for them to issue visa. Its been one week and they have not called me

Depend on where you are and what embassy you sent your paperwork to.

Almost all the large embassies can print the actual visa within an hour or so, the extended wait is because there are so many to process. In some cases the embassy cannot print the visa them selves but have to have it mailed from the state department, stateside.
