NVC lost my documents

Hi guys. I need your help.

I received an e-mail from NVC yesterday stating that i have not send my civil documents, specifically my police certificates, photograph, and correspondence instructions. but I already send these documents along with my DS-230. I called NVC and they said they only receive the birth certificate and the photocopy of the passport.What will I do guys? I'm really positive that i send all those documents to NVC. Thanks in advance.

send them in again. Follow the instruction on the e-mail.

I'm really sorry to hear that.

When did you send them? How many days did it take before they have contacted you telling that your docs are incomplete?

I had the same experience, I had to send reissued one again. I heard it happened a lot. I am sorry it happened to you,too.
