Does China have Electronic fingerprint submission to take??

hi guys,

guess we're going on a bumpy road. there is another issue right now, for my foreign fiancee, she's waiting for her police record from Canada. However, on the RCMP site states that it takes an average of 120 days to complete for individuals who don’t have a criminal record, that's 4 months. Because she used paper-based fingerprint. However, from the province she lives doesn't have Electronic fingerprint submission, we think there is Electronic fingerprint submission in China.

any one know if China has Electronic fingerprint submission?

Has she made direct inquiry into the Canadian Embassy in China ? Is some fingerprinting done there, I'm sure of that.

Yes, she called twice. She was told there is no any way the embassy could help her to get electronic-based fingerprint. What a useless embassy is that?!

Did she get PRC person or Canadien person ? Most PRC ppl on that phone line are great at shunting people away.

We got the PRC person every time we called, she was trying to help at all. There wasn't any option to get any Canadian, and that PRC person told us that she is the only one we could ever speak to, there is no other people to talk. and the embassy is mainly to serve Canadian citizens.

It really angers me that PRC person so useless, how did she get this job, not being helpful at all.
