Hi guys!

Hope everybody is doing well.

I'm getting ready to file and I'm putting together the evidence of ongoing relationship. I would really appreciate if you could review the documents I'll be including with the form I-751:

• Copies of my passport and green card.

• Copy of our daughter, birth certificate.

• Two written affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

• Copy of the grant deed of our house, showing joint ownership.

• Copy of first home buyer’s tax credit letters addressed to both of us.

• Copies of forms 1099-INT and 1099 showing both our names as recipients.

• Copies of our 2008 and 2009 joint US tax return.

• Copy of our 2009 mortgage interest statement.

• Copy of our escrow disclosure statement.

• Copy of the last three months of bank statements for our Wells Fargo checking account.

• Copy of the last three months of mortgage statements for our Wells Fargo account.

• Copy of our visa cards showing a joint account.

• Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.

• Copy of the sales contract of our car showing joint ownership.

• Copy of car registration showing joint ownership.

• Copy of car insurance policy showing both of us as authorized drivers.

• Copy of our health insurance cards.

• Partial copies of our home warranty contract plan and statement.

• Copy of our home owners insurance.
