Hi guys!

Hope everybody is doing well.

I'm getting ready to file and I'm putting together the evidence of ongoing relationship. I would really appreciate if you could review the documents I'll be including with the form I-751:

• Copies of my passport and green card.

• Copy of our daughter, birth certificate.

• Two written affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

• Copy of the grant deed of our house, showing joint ownership.

• Copy of first home buyer’s tax credit letters addressed to both of us.

• Copies of forms 1099-INT and 1099 showing both our names as recipients.

• Copies of our 2008 and 2009 joint US tax return.

• Copy of our 2009 mortgage interest statement.

• Copy of our escrow disclosure statement.

• Copy of the last three months of bank statements for our Wells Fargo checking account.

• Copy of the last three months of mortgage statements for our Wells Fargo account.

• Copy of our visa cards showing a joint account.

• Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.

• Copy of the sales contract of our car showing joint ownership.

• Copy of car registration showing joint ownership.

• Copy of car insurance policy showing both of us as authorized drivers.

• Copy of our health insurance cards.

• Partial copies of our home warranty contract plan and statement.

• Copy of our home owners insurance.

• Copy of notice letter of schedule wastewater rate increase showing both of our names.

• Copies of joint lease agreements from previous places we have lived at.

• A selection of photographs.

Is this enough proof?

02-22-08 Civil Surgeon Appointment

Adjustment of Status

02-29-08 Sent I-130, AOS, EAD, AP (Via FedEx) to Chicago

03-03-08 Package arrived in Chicago

03-07-08 All Cheques cashed!!

03-10-08 NOAs for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 received

03-16-08 NOAs for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 touched

03-27-08 Biometrics Appointment at 2pm (Notice date: 03.11.08)

04-30-08 Received EAD "card production ordered" & AP Approval notices from CRIS (YESSSS!!!!!)

05-06-08 I-765 touched and AP received in the mail!

05-08-08 Received I-765 "approval notice sent" e-mail from CRIS

05-09-08 EAD received in the mail (YIIPPEEYY!!!)

08-22-08 Notice of Action for initial interview received (10-08-08)

10-08-08 AOS Interview in Los Angeles: APPROVED!!!!

10-09-08 I-485 touched! (Card Production Ordered)

10-15-08 NOAs for I-130 (approval notice) and I-485 (welcome letter) received

10-22-08 Green Card finally arrived!!!

Removing of Conditions

07-14-10 Sent I-751 (Via USPS next day delivery) to California Service Center

07-22-10 Received NOA 1

07-30-10 Received NOA 2 (Biometrics appointment on 08-11-10)

08-31-10 NOA for Removal of Conditions approved

09-02-10 Approval letter received

09-03-10 Green Card arrived!!!

Hi,

your evidence looks very solid with the exception of the following:

1. No passport photocopies required - only GC.

2. When sending in copies of bank statements, or in general, the preferred style is to send in copies showing that both of you had/have your names on the account the entire time. Sending in the last 3 statements can cause them to think that accounts have been joined only the last three months and not since marriage. Sending in a copy every 3,4 or 6 months shows that both names have been on the account since the "beginning".

Other than that - it looks very good. I think with your list of evidence, you should be ok even without the second point I mentioned.

You're good to go, have plenty of evidence, my husband was aproved with a 1/3 of the evidence you're presenting.

12/30/2009: I-751 sent

12/31 2009 receieved at Vermont Center.

1/05/2010 check cashed

1/04/2010 NOA1

1/15/2010 Biometrics appoint. ( Feb. 3th)

4/12/2010 Aproved! Card production ordered!

4/20/2010 Card received

Finally over!!! no more uscis until naturalization.
