The waitress at this TGIF I was eating at with my wife in a small town (well, they think it's a big city) in western Ontario pronounced quesadilla with the 2 l's and not as quesa-diya. I thought it was hilarious and assumed she was a moron until the dude who brought the food out from the kitchen said it the same way.
