Val - about once a month I buy a big flank steak. I cut it in half and use half for an asian marinade and the other half I use beer, cumin, and some other stuff. mmmmmmm...I will do that the night I get home. Buy a big flank steak so I can eat it the next day for lunch. less than 3 weeks now.
