We rec'd the NOA2 on June 28, and the hard copy of the NOA2 on July 2. Someone told me that I don't have to wait to receive packet 3 if we're already ready. I have all the forms I need for everything right this moment, so can I just contact vancouver to see if they have our case and fax over packet 3's form el pronto like? Or do I have to find some patience? the rush is my little K2.. trying to get her into the states for the start of grade 2... =)

If I were you I would send an e-mail to vancouverk@state.gov and ask if they have received your case. If they do, fax the forms and send them an e-mail telling them you've done so and ask for confirmation they were received. I did this back in December and they were quick to respond and even told me my interview date without me prompting them! Here's hoping you have a similar experience. Good luck!
