the person in number 10 is my wife I write 1 in question 21 part A for her

i would like to know if i need to write another 1 in question 21 part c since i already put 1 in part A where it says . If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse. in this case she would count twice cause i write 1 for her in part A and 1 in part C question 21?

No, you don't add her again in 21C - for two reasons. First it says not to count anyone twice and it also states, above question 21, "Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit"

You are sponsoring her.
