I suggest you do some research on a Tourist Visa.

Tourist Visa's are not sponsored, and without knowing your family status and their background I would say the chance of your parents getting a Tourist Visa is slim to none.

It only take an application and a couple hundred of dollars to for them to apply for a Tourist Visa and take a chance to see if they get approved.

no medical needed. They will need to apply for tourist visas on their own. The only thing they need to do is show/prove to the CO that they will not be of any burden to the US, that they have funds to support their travel and stay, and that they have a strong reason for returning to the RP. To the US, any person applying for a visa has intentions of migrating unless they can prove otherwise.
