What do i need to bring to get the CFO sticker?

I'm already done with the CFO seminar.

You have to bring your passport, Php250, the certificate they gave you after the seminar (have it photocopied).

A waste of time and money for filipinos. they have to pay to leave the country....the CFO stuff costs about $15 USD plus the cost of commuting & food.

You also will have to fill out this form too: http://www.cfo.gov.ph/pdf/downloadable%20forms/registrationform.pdf

And since you have a CR-1 visa you will have to provide a copy of the immigrant data summary sheet (dont unstaple the form from the packet...just get it photocopied)

Here are all the requirements:

Requirements for Registration

1.Original and photocopy of Passport;

2.Original and photocopy of visa;

3.Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary for US bound/ Confirmation of Permanent Residence for Canada bound/ Certification of Eligibility (for Japan-bound);

4.Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate;

5.Duly completed emigrant registration form; and

6.Payment of the authorized registration fee.
