Your fiance should have received a letter from the consulate...he needs to do what it says in the letter. He may need to mail back the DS-156 and other Department of State forms before the interview.

We can't really help you if we don't know the whole story...did he receive a letter from the consulate and does he already have an interview date assigned?

Sorry, I can't be of much help. I looked and there is no Embassy info page for Liberia. Would it be under something else? Which consulate contacted him?

Check out the Liberia reviews, they should give you more info. http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Liberia&cty=&dfilter=5
