As a K1 visa holder, the I-485 instructions lead me to believe I am not required to submit form I-693 provided I can produce record of immunization. I have a DS-3025 and other records of immunization. I've read of others simply submitting the DS-3025 on its own with success.

However, at the bottom of my DS-3025, it indicates that my vaccination history is incomplete and that "applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate."

Think I can get away with only submitting the DS-3025?

IMO no, if you want to play it safe it's best to get the I-693 completed. By not sending it in you take the chance of getting a RFE and delaying the process.

Teh VJ guides are clear that they recommend both. We did that and no RFEs. Some have sent in the DS and no problems adn many have and they received an RFE for the 693. It's your gamble.

I have a DS-3025 and other records of immunization.

There's your problem. The USCIS doesn't want "other records" of immunization. They want a signed off DS-3025 that is complete. Or they want all the "other records" reviewed and put on one piece of paper (I-693) and signed by an approved Civil Surgeon.

Note: It is common to have that blanket waiver statement and it doesn't mean your immunization isn't complete. It means some of the immunizations on the list are for babies and not adults. So you get the "waiver" for the ones not age appropriate for you. You have to look at the CDCs list of requirements and see if your DS-3025 has all of them. If you don't understand how to determine that, then it's best to consult a Civil Surgeon to do your I-693.
