I know very well how the processor/merchant contracts are negotiated, but thank you anyway.

P.S, if you do do your homework, there are processors out there who are fair.

I was part of the negociations for my company which successfully neociated the contracts we have.

The practices I mentioned are fair practices by the processors it is their unique way of doing business.

Wait a second, all over New York City they had minimum purchases necessary for debit/credit cards. All the lunch places close by Wall Street had those rules which is why many of us paid cash back then. So that is illegal????
