Fee Question

My hubby is sponsoring myself and my minor son (from a previous marriage).

Does he pay the I-864 fee X 2 and the DS-230 fee X 2?

We've already paid my two fees, just waiting on my son's I-130 to catch up to me at NVC.

If the petitions were filed separately, I think the AOS fee is paid twice. I'm not sure. I filed for my two stepchildren at the same time, so I was able to pay one fee for both of them, but the visa fee was paid twice.

Thank you! Actually, I used my noodle and called NVC to ask (shoulda done this first dur) and found out the AoS fee only has to be paid once.
